What is modern slavery?

Modern slavery is an international crime that affects an estimated 40.3 million people around the world and in the UK. This growing global issue go beyond age, gender and ethnicities. It includes victims trafficked from overseas and vulnerable people in the UK who are forced to work against their will illegally and across many different sectors including agriculture, hospitality, construction, retail and manufacturing.

Our statement on Modern Slavery

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. We act ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and undertake appropriate due diligence to identify and assess potential risk areas and mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our company’s slavery and human trafficking statement.
