Home FAQ

What areas do you cover?

We predominately cover the breadth of England, with the main centre of operations focused within London and the South East (including Kent, Essex and Hertfordshire). However, we may also be able to assist with certain projects outside of this area, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

How long does it take to become certified?

Whilst a formally certified management system can be achieved within 3-6 months, the actual time taken varies depending upon the complexity of processes, company size and current compliance level. We will work closely with you to plan the development and implementation of the system(s) to suit your timescales, this may include taking up our ‘focus’ plan which provides you with a full suite of compliant documents in under 1 month.

After the successful audit, it usually takes approximately 2 weeks to receive your ISO certification from the accreditation body.

Who conducts the certification audit?

We’ll only use a UKAS accredited assessment body to ensure your certification is independently verified. As part of the service, we’ll manage the external audits to ensure you get the correct number relevant to your business. For a small business with around 10 staff, you should be prepared to receive approximately 2 days’ worth of auditing in order to ascertain compliance to the relevant standard and issue certification.

What market sectors do you support?

Our support is not bound to a specific sector due to the way the standards are written; we simply focus on the requirements of the ISO standards allowing us to easily implement a management system within any industry sector.

We have a vast array of clients in sectors including architects, care, cleaning, construction, digital, events, haulage, investment, property management, retail and surveyors.

How much does it cost?

Contact us for your initial assessment, which will include a documented proposal outlining the support level needed in accordance with the number of employees, industry sector and management standard you are looking to implement and/or achieve.

Most clients opt for a fixed priced package to enable costs to be capped (including all travel and other expenses), however we can offer other alternatives depending on individual need.

How it works?

We find that delivering support through a combination of methods (onsite, video calls, e-mails and document sharing) works best, so we can interpret the relevant standard and how it applies to your business to develop the required mandatory documentation and operational controls. Our offices are Covid-secure, however we will visit only where essential, and follow any visitor protocols.

As our support is tailored, this question really depends upon your needs, but we will manage the whole process with you from start to finish with the aim of helping you achieve ISO certification with ease.

What next?

Contact us to arrange an initial telephone, or video consultation to enable us to provide a support proposal. We will then create an ‘implementation/action plan’ and work through this directly with you to ensure you achieve certification.
