Areas Covered
We cover predominately London and the South East with our centre of operations being based within Hertfordshire,
however we also provide support across England and further afield upon request.

Service Availability:
- Service Availability – Services are currently being delivered normally through client visits, remote video call meetings and desktop/document reviews.
- Support Method – Where possible, we give preference to support remotely unless you are a new client (gap analysis), require a site visit or have an external auditor attending. Whilst we understand the value of visits, we recognise these may have a greater impact on your time, and the environment. In the event of snow, ice or strong winds that may make travel difficult or dangerous, we may give preference to remote support.
- Service Response Times – We aim to respond to e-mails and queries within 24 hours, although at busy times this maybe longer due to the range of projects we work upon on, please do call us if any queries are urgent.
- Infectious Diseases – We maintain a relevant infection control policy, procedure and risk assessment to minimise risk of transmission of infectious diseases.
