Areas Covered
We cover predominately London and the South East with our centre of operations being based within Hertfordshire,
however we also provide support across England and further afield upon request.
Service Availability:
- Service Availability – Services are currently being delivered normally through client visits, remote video call meetings and desktop/document reviews.
- Severe Weather – In the event of snow, ice or strong winds that may make travel difficult or dangerous, preference is given to remote support.
- Service Response Times – We aim to respond to e-mails and queries within 24 hours, although due to a range of projects we are currently working on, please do call us if any queries are urgent.
- Infectious Diseases – We maintain a relevant infection control policy, procedure and risk assessment to minimise risk of transmission of covid-19, and other diseases.
