AIMS Consultancy is based in Hertfordshire, we predominately cover London and the South East and were founded over 10 years ago. We have a team of consultants and business support specialists from a variety of backgrounds with a wealth of expertise.
AIMs
Our aim is to provide bespoke, tailor made support to make the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards a straightforward and seamless process whilst having a mantra of targeting beyond excellence. ISO standards can support you to win more business, improve corporate image, provide a documentation framework and reduce risks.
Clients
We work with a wide variety of businesses, large, small and start up, and we have a wealth of experience in many different sectors. Our clients are mainly based within London, the South East with some locations further afield we are able to visit as agreed.
Success
We currently maintain a 100%, first-time pass rate for successful ISO certification. This has been achieved through strategic planning to ensure key clauses within the relevant standard are correctly interpreted and complied with by our clients.
By following our recommendations, we have helped our clients develop a streamlined management system that satisfies all applicable ISO requirements to achieve certification within the required timescales.
Flexibility
We are highly adaptable in the services that we offer to provide the most suitable level of support, whether you are starting your ISO certification journey for the first time, require management system maintenance, gap analysis, or simply internal audit support. Support type and frequency can be changed at any time and can include a combination of onsite and remote support as required.
Associate Consultant Programmes
We are proud to be a part of the BSI’s (British Standards Institution) ACP scheme, Alcumus ISOQAR Associate Network, British Assessment Bureau, Exova BM Trada, NQA and TUV Nord Associate Consultant (in order of initial registration).
We have been working with the above UKAS accredited assessment bodies over several years and have supported our clients through hundreds of successful ISO audits. We feel this, combined with our experience of the standards, means we also look to promote the very best practises to maintain and compliance.
Our Accreditations
We hold a variety of accredditations incusive of Cyber Essentials for protection of our business and client data, along with SSIP accredditation (SMAS), to ensure our health, safety and welfare controls meet the requirements of this scheme and legislation. We understand the value of management systems and have therefore implemented the requirements internally, thus improving our delivery of support to not only meet, but aim to exceed our customer expectations. Our management systems encompass various quality aspects and supports our environmental comittments to reduce our carbon footprint, focusing on achieving net zero and uphold high standards of health and safety. We have also achieved other voluntary standards, achieved a healthy workplace chartership status, are part of the Herts Growth Hub, and have signed up to various pledges including those below.
