Received An E-mail In Error?

If you have received an e-mail from us in error, please advise the sender by replying immediately and also destroying the e-mail, associated e-mails, and any attachments to e-mails.

Virus Prevention

Whilst all reasonable care has been taken to minimise the risk of transmitting viruses, AIMS Consultancy cannot accept any liability for loss or damages as a result of the e-mail, and any attachments. You are therefore advised to carry out your own suitable virus checks to maintain integrity of your systems and data to minimise the risk of adverse effects caused by viruses and other malicious attacks.

Security

E-mail and other internet communications cannot be guaranteed as 100% secure or error free as information can be intercepted, altered, corrupted, lost, arrive late or incomplete and contain viruses or other defects. Therefore, AIMS Consultancy Limited does not accept liability for any errors or omissions in the contents of the message, and attachments, that arise as a result of e-mail transmission issues (including those mentioned above).

Data Protection

All communications sent to us maybe monitored and/or stored by us to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, guidance, and our internal policies. All communications are handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 (General Data Protection Regulations/GDPR).

As specialist in the implementation, and maintenance of ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems), we encourage you not to print any e-mails received from us unless absolutely necessary. If you do need to print, please consider printing on recycled paper, doubled sided and with two or more pages per sheet.
